This publication contains floristical data about the South Tiszántúl. It presets records of species which are locally or generally rare or protected. The bryoflora and the vascular plants were investigated as well. The most interesting bryofloristical data are the new localities of Cephaloziella rubella, Zygodon viridissimus subsp. baumgartneri, Bryum rubens, Phascum floerkeanum, Entosthodon hungaricus, Entosthodon fascicularis, Fissidens exilis and Lunularia cruciata. Among the vascular plants the most remarkable are the Ajuga laxmannii, Althaea cannabina, Androsace maxima, Astragalus contortuplicatus, Bupleurum commutatum subsp. glaucocarpum, Corispermum nitidum, Equisetum telmateia, Isatis tinctoria, Lythrum tribacteatum, Moenchia mantica, Montia fontana subsp. chondrosperma, Panicum capillare, Ranunculus polyphyllus, Rosa livescens, Trifolium ornithopodioides.
