Floristic records of those 57 species are presented that were the most interresting during study trips in the northern part of the Transdanubia between 1992-2001. The list also includes relatively frequent protected species (e.g. Neottia nidus-avis). Most of the data are from the eastern part of the Small Hungarian Plain and the surroundings of the Vértes Mts but some further ones are from the Velence Hills and the Fertő Basin.

The following data can be emphasized: Polystichum aculeatum (new for the Vértesalja, confirmation of the species in the surroundings of the Vértes Mts); Jovibarba globifera (new for the Velence Hills); Prunella grandiflora (first occurance in the eastern part of the Small Plain); Aster punctatus (new for the eastern part of the Small Plain); Cirsium brachycephalum (confirmation of the occurance near Lake Fertő); Gagea bohemica (confirmation of the occurance in the Velence Hills at new sites) and Allium moschatum (new for the Vértes Mts).
