As a results of flora research in Börzsöny 2000-2001, the number of known taxa of the Börzsöny Mountains increased by 6 species. From botanical point of view, the most important species are the followings: Botrychium lunaria (L.) Sw. in Schrad., Luzula forsteri (Sm.) DC. The research proved the current presence of Agrostemma githago L.
