On the three wetlands examined the association Eriophoro vaginati - Sphagnetum Soó (1927) 1954 oxycoccetosum has changed during the last fourty-six years. It was caused by the climatic variation and some human effect (draining canals, fire and fertilization). The ways of succesion were different: This association became totally extinct from the Navat-brook. This association on the Nyíres-lake changed mostly in it's quantity; on the Báb-lake in it's quality.

Fire had the greatest effect because it resulted in an open water surface in a Lake Báb. On this site the succesion series is running from the open water surface to the Eriophoro vaginati-Sphagnetum Soó (1927) 1954 oxycoccetosum through the Thelypteridi-Typhetum latifoliae Nagy 1999 ass. nov. hoc loco (wich is also presented here).
