Kivonat:

Polycarpon tetraphyllum L., formerly found in Hungary only once (a single specimen at a railway station of Budapest in 1956 – see Kovács–Priszter 1957), later thought to be extinct from the Hungarian Flora (Soó 1970), has been discovered again in Budapest. A fairly great population was detected in the gaps of the sidewalks and the accompanying weed-community in „Tisztviselő-telep” in Józsefváros district this year. The species seems to be naturalized in Hungary.

Other interesting and little known weed-species in Budapest are also reported [Herniaria hirsuta L., Lepidium densiflorum Schrad., L. perfoliatum L., Euphorbia maculata L., Oxybaphus nyctagineus (Michx.) Sweet, Tribulus terrestris L., Tragus racemosus (L.) All., Cenchrus incertus M. A. Curtis].
